Reach out to us for an initial consultation. We’ll discuss your needs, goals, and how we can help elevate your brand through our services.
Timelines vary based on the scope, but most branding projects take 6–8 weeks, website projects 8–12 weeks, and ongoing services like SEO or strategy retainers operate on monthly timelines. We’ll always provide a timeline up front.
Absolutely! You can keep your existing domain no matter where it’s registered—GoDaddy, Squarespace, Porkbun or anywhere else. When your new site is ready, we’ll simply update your domain settings to point to the new site.
If you haven’t purchased a domain yet or are thinking about changing it, we recommend avoiding platforms like GoDaddy, Google Domains, or Squarespace. Instead, we suggest using trusted registrars like Porkbun, Cloudflare, or Namecheap for better reliability and ease of use.
If you plan to transfer your domain to a new registrar, it’s highly recommended that we do this before launching your site to avoid downtime. Domain transfers can take 45–60 days, and while the process is straightforward, we’re happy to walk you through it or handle it on your behalf.
Hosting is where your website ‘lives’—it’s the server that stores your site’s files and makes them accessible online.
We use WPEngine (high-speed, secure, and reliable), and another great option is SiteGround. We recommend avoiding GoDaddy and BlueHost.
If you subscribe to a monthly maintenance package to include hosting managed by us, it will be with WPEngine. The hosting account will be under your name, and we’ll be added as an admin user. They offer role-based access, so you maintain ownership while I manage the tech side.
WPEngine is on the pricier end—but for good reason. It offers excellent performance, security, and reliability. If you choose one of my maintenance packages, you’ll get access to it at a discounted rate.
WordPress has a reputation for being tech-heavy, but we use a builder plugin called Elementor, which is drag-and-drop and very beginner-friendly.
We also offer offboarding support and tutorials to show you how to make small edits on your own if you’d rather not be on a monthly maintenance plan to have us do any and all of the edits for you.
Once your site is live, regular maintenance helps keep everything running smoothly and securely. This includes updating WordPress, plugins, and themes, as well as running backups and monitoring for potential issues. While it might seem as simple as hitting “update all,” that can actually cause things to break—especially if certain plugins aren’t compatible, haven’t been updated by their developers, or conflict with one another.
There’s a method to the madness: updates need to be done in a certain order, and ideally after a fresh backup, so if anything goes wrong, you’re covered. Occasionally, even with routine care, plugins can stop working or clash with others after an update. That’s why we offer monthly maintenance packages that handle all of this for you—backups, updates, security monitoring, and priority support—so you don’t have to stress about the technical stuff.
Most website projects take between 8–12 weeks, depending on the scope and how quickly we receive all necessary content (like photos and copy) and client feedback. Delays in submitting materials or approvals can cause the project to extend beyond the original timeline. We’ll keep things moving smoothly by setting clear milestones and check-in points throughout the process.
Your photos are a huge part of your brand’s online presence, so we want them to shine.
If you’re getting professional photos taken, make sure your photographer captures both landscape and portrait-oriented shots. This gives us more flexibility across the site—from wide hero banners to vertical mobile layouts. A mix of posed shots, detail photos, and candid moments (like you or your team in action) works best for creating a dynamic and engaging site.
If you’re using existing photos, ensure they’re high-resolution, well-lit, and consistent in style. Dark, blurry, or overly filtered images can diminish your brand’s credibility online. If you’ve taken your own photos, we recommend having them professionally edited—we can help with that or refer you to someone who can. And if you’re still on the fence about booking a photographer, we highly recommend it. Strong imagery instantly elevates your site and helps create a polished, professional first impression. We’re happy to connect you with trusted photographers we’ve worked with.
Yes, absolutely. Every site we build is fully responsive, meaning it’s designed to look and function beautifully across all screen sizes—desktop, tablet, and mobile. We design with mobile in mind from the very beginning to ensure a seamless experience for your users.
If we’re building your site on WordPress, yes—your site will need a hosting provider. We’ll walk you through the best options for your needs, or we can manage hosting for you as part of your ongoing maintenance package. If you’re using a platform like Shopify or Squarespace, hosting is built in.
Yes—your site will be built in a way that makes it easy for you to make basic edits (like swapping out photos or updating text). We’ll also provide you with a walkthrough video or training if needed. That said, if you’d rather not touch it, we’re happy to handle updates through a maintenance package.
We build every site with foundational SEO in mind—this includes setting up proper page titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, and SEO-friendly URLs. If you’re looking to rank higher in search results or want ongoing support with content strategy, blog writing, or advanced SEO, we offer that as an add-on or stand-alone service.
Once your site is launched and approved, any new updates—whether that’s swapping out text, adding pages, or making design tweaks—fall outside the original scope of the project. Ongoing updates can be handled either through hourly support or, even better, through one of our monthly maintenance packages.
Our maintenance plans are designed to give you peace of mind, priority access, and hands-off support—so your site stays up-to-date without becoming another item on your to-do list.
We primarily build on WordPress because of its flexibility, scalability, and long-term value—it’s a powerful platform that gives you full ownership and endless customization potential as your business grows. It also plays well with SEO and third-party integrations, which is a major plus.
That said, we’re also experienced in platforms like Shopify, Squarespace, and Showit. If your project calls for a different setup—like an e-commerce-heavy site or something more visual-forward—we’ll guide you to the platform that makes the most sense for your goals, skill level, and long-term plans.

Every branding package includes the essentials—your logo suite, color palette, fonts, and brand guidelines. From there, we tailor the deliverables to your specific needs. That might include packaging, product labels, brochures, social media templates, or branded stationery. Whether you’re launching something new or elevating your current identity, everything is designed to work beautifully across platforms and print.
Yes—brand strategy is at the heart of every branding project. We’ll define your positioning, voice, values, and audience before we ever open up a design file. The visual elements are built with purpose, not just aesthetics.
Design work is primarily done in Adobe, but for certain materials like social media templates or flyers, we’ll create editable versions in Canva so you can easily make updates yourself. You’ll receive final files in formats that suit your needs—whether that’s for print, digital, or DIY edits.
Yes! If you already have a brand but it feels outdated, inconsistent, or no longer aligned with your business, we can do a brand refresh. This might include refining your color palette, updating your logo, or reworking your visuals to better match your evolution.
Yes—every branding package includes a comprehensive brand style guide that outlines how to use your logos, fonts, colors, and other visual elements. It ensures consistency across your marketing, even if someone else is designing future materials.

We sure can! While naming is not part of every branding package by default, we offer it as an add-on for clients who need help creating a compelling, strategic brand name.
Our branding process starts with a deep dive into your business, market, and audience. From there, we create a unique visual identity and messaging that aligns with your goals and resonates with your target audience.
Branding projects typically take 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity and scope. We ensure every detail is meticulously crafted to reflect your brand’s essence.
Yes! Whether your brand has outgrown its current look or just needs a more modern, elevated presence, we can help. We’ll refresh your visual identity and refine your brand strategy while honoring what’s already working—so you can evolve without losing your audience’s trust.
While we specialize in comprehensive branding that includes logo design, we believe a successful brand goes beyond just a logo. Our approach encompasses a full suite of brand elements, including visual identity, messaging, and positioning, to ensure your brand is cohesive and impactful. This holistic approach helps build a stronger and more memorable brand experience.
We offer both—but we strongly recommend ongoing monthly SEO for clients who want real results. SEO is a long game, and most measurable improvements begin to show between 3 to 6 months in. Our monthly plans are built to create steady, sustainable growth over time (typically starting with a 6- or 12-month commitment).
Each SEO plan is tailored to your business goals, but keyword research is always included as the foundation. We can also include blog writing, on-page optimization, link-building, Google Analytics and Search Console tracking, and more, depending on your needs.
Yes! We offer a complimentary light audit that outlines areas of improvement—it’s a great starting point to see where your site stands. If you want a deeper audit with recommended fixes and a custom SEO roadmap, that’s available for a fee. And if you move forward with one of our SEO packages, we’ll credit that audit fee toward your total.
Basic SEO focuses on setup: optimizing your site’s structure, metadata, keyword usage, and image alt text. Ongoing SEO includes continual keyword analysis, performance tracking, blog content, backlink building, and adjustments based on your ranking performance.
Yes, if local visibility is important to your business, we can help optimize your Google Business Profile and ensure your site ranks well in local search. Just let us know, and we’ll tailor your SEO plan accordingly.
We track key metrics like keyword rankings, organic traffic, click-through rates, and engagement over time. For ongoing clients, we provide monthly performance reports and adjust strategy based on what the data tells us.
Yes! While WordPress gives us the most SEO control, we can still optimize sites on other platforms. We’ll be transparent about what’s possible within your platform’s limits and recommend options that make sense for your goals.
SEO is a long-term strategy, and it typically takes 3 to 6 months to start seeing significant improvements in search engine rankings and traffic. Because of this, our SEO services start at a 6-month minimum commitment. However, the results are worth the wait, leading to sustained growth.
SEO is effective across all industries, though the approach may vary. We tailor our SEO strategies to meet the unique needs and challenges of your specific market.
We offer brand, marketing, and content strategy—customized to your goals, industry, and bandwidth. Whether you’re launching something new, pivoting your positioning, or need clarity on how to connect with your audience, we’ll guide you there with purpose.
It can be either. Some clients book one-off sessions or audits to get clarity and direction. Others work with us on an ongoing or project basis to implement the strategy. It all depends on your goals, timeline, and budget.
If you’re handling implementation yourself, you’ll receive a comprehensive report that includes recommendations, messaging direction, and action steps. If we’re doing the implementation for you, we’ll still provide a strategic breakdown—plus any deliverables associated with your specific plan.
Absolutely. Many clients come to us unsure of where to start. We’ll begin with a discovery session to understand your business, goals, and roadblocks—then recommend the right strategic approach from there.
Yes. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all strategy. Whether you’re in hospitality, lifestyle, tourism, or another niche, we’ll build a plan that speaks directly to your ideal audience and aligns with your market positioning.
We offer content strategy as its own service—whether you need help developing a blog calendar, planning website content, or mapping out a lead magnet or email funnel. While we don’t handle ongoing social media management, we’re happy to provide strategic direction or deliverables (like templates) when requested as part of a branding or web package.
We start with an in-depth analysis of your business goals, market, and competition. From there, we craft a tailored strategy that aligns with your objectives and positions you for long-term success.
We use key performance indicators (KPIs) that are aligned with your goals to measure success. Regular reporting and analysis allow us to track progress and make adjustments as needed.
Absolutely. Our strategies are flexible and adaptable. We can pivot as needed to ensure your business stays on track, even as your goals evolve.
We offer multiple tiers of maintenance to match your needs, but all plans include essential services like:
Web hosting
Higher tiers include faster support response times, more hours of edits, custom performance reports, and even annual redesign credits or consultations.
Yes—we have multiple package tiers, ranging from basic monthly upkeep to premium care with priority support and strategic add-ons. We’ll help you choose the right level based on your needs, how often your site changes, and whether you want us to handle everything for you.
It’s not required, but we highly recommend it. Websites aren’t “set it and forget it”—plugin conflicts, security vulnerabilities, and software updates can affect functionality over time. Our maintenance packages take the stress out of keeping your site secure, updated, and running smoothly without you lifting a finger.
Over time, outdated plugins or software can lead to broken features, slow performance, or even security vulnerabilities. Regular maintenance helps prevent these issues before they impact your visitors—or your revenue.
Minor edits include things like swapping out photos, updating text, uploading blog posts, or tweaking layouts. If you need something larger (like a full page redesign), we’ll let you know and quote it separately or apply your discount if it’s included in your plan.
We offer content strategy as its own service—whether you need help developing a blog calendar, planning website content, or mapping out a lead magnet or email funnel. While we don’t handle ongoing social media management, we’re happy to provide strategic direction or deliverables (like templates) when requested as part of a branding or web package.
You’re never locked in, and you’re welcome to cancel or pause at any time. That said, if your site goes too long without updates, it can fall behind technically—and we may need to perform a site health check or cleanup before restarting maintenance.
Please note: we limit the number of clients we accept into our Premium Maintenance tier to ensure quality and responsiveness. If you pause or cancel your plan for more than 3 months, we can’t guarantee your spot will still be available when you’re ready to return.
Yes, all plans include security monitoring and regular backups. If anything unusual happens, we’ll catch it early and help you resolve it as quickly as possible.
We offer three levels of monthly maintenance to fit a range of needs—from basic upkeep to full-service support.
Our Basic tier is ideal for sites that need essential maintenance like hosting, backups, and the occasional update. The Standard tier is best for businesses that make regular changes and want priority support, more hands-on hours, and a discount on any larger updates outside of what’s included. For those who want the highest level of care, our Premium tier includes all of the above—plus daily backups, custom reports, a monthly strategy call, an annual major update, and the highest-priority support. Premium clients also receive a deeper discount on large-scale updates or new feature requests.
Each plan ensures your site stays secure, functional, and professionally managed—without you needing to lift a finger.
